Do you feel that the findings put forth in this essay/article would lead you, as a doctor, to recommend that people *not* get the/a flu shot?

I have always had reservation given the lack of complete disclosure. As a blanket statement, it is concerning to me that * all * liability for untoward side effects, etc from vaccinations fall on the shoulders of the administering physician. The manufacturers are "exempt" from liability as are the governing agencies, both of whom push for the mandated administration. The complications of actually contracting the flu are related to dehydration predominantly (although not exclusively) as well as exacerbation of any underlying chronic diseases. I've not ever rec'd the flu shot, but then again, I don't have any chronic diseases and generally take care of myself..
